Chase is a third-year JD candidate at Penn Law. Following graduation, he will join Milbank LLP as a litigation associate in Washington, DC before clerking on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2024. Chase graduated with a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2020.
